I never thought of myself as a writer. That word holds a lot of weight in my mind. Writers are on a glorious pedestal because of their mastery of the written word. Although I too can construct meaning with proper word and sentence placement, I would never hope to achieve status as a writer. The truth is that there is no magic skill or scientific formula to create the right piece of writing. Writing is a tool for expression and meaning. So what if I am not talented enough to write a novel, I am still a writer. Here I have compiled numerous memoirs, creative interpretations of metacognition and original pieces of my own. I have had trouble finding many original works of my own. I am not a very sentimental person and I have thrown many of these papers away, never anticipating that they may hold value. The following is the best I could muster. Please enjoy and reflect upon yourself as a writer.
